Keelin’s Kettlecorn

Melt 1/3 cup of shortening in a 10″ cast iron skillet over medium heat.

Add 1/3 cup popcorn.

Cover with thin layer of white sugar.

Put lid on and leave it alone until only a few “pops” still pop.

Pour and enjoy!
