Creamy Oatmeal…top ‘o the day.

It’s always a ratio of 1:2

One part oatmeal to two parts milk

so, 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 cup milk per serving.

Add dried cherries, etc.

A couple of dashes of cinnamon.

Cook over low heat until creamy.

To make it “really” smooth and creamy,

put everything in pot and let

soak overnight.

Cook in the morning.

Top with butter and brown sugar.
