Keeper Onion Soup

4-5 large yellow onions sliced

caramelize  in pot with a stick of butter

(caramel= cook until a golden color over low heat)

add a couple of scoops of flour and cook for a bit

add beef broth until you have enough for a pot of soup

cook until flavors are heated through.

put in bowls and top with slices of a toasted bread and white cheese

put under broiler until bubbly and golden

Done.
